Such a great book and it dealt with so many emotions, a mother's love, grief and heroine who had to battle with diabetes so that she could be there for her kids.

The heroine is on the run with her two daughters. Her beloved husband died two years ago and since then life has been a struggle and so has her health with fluctuating levels, which made her hospitalized. This helped her husband's disapproving parents win join custody of her daughters and fearing that they would take off with her daughte

This story had two cute little girls in it. Gaby was five, and her sister was three. Gaby talked enough for the both of them. Lisa was a great single mother. She did whatever she had to do, to feed, and clothe her girls. She picked them up, and moved when she thought there was a chance she may lose them to her in-laws.
