The book focus in more on the aspect of prevention and slowing of the disease process. His relationship with his Mother, who also lived and died from MS was very touching. This book includes a personal story of MS, a succinct update on current treatments for the disease, and hope for how one can still have a good life. I wanted to know some information about MS, and I think this book did a good job of giving me that information.
interesting - but a bit over the top
