Sjorgren, Ping, and Pollock all bring together their experiences with taking the message of Christ to those who do not yet know His love. They have quite a bit of good information and good techniques for todays world, therefore, I find it to be a good tool for any Christian to read in order to get a better grasp of how to reach todays world. There were parts of the book that come off extremely lightly towards actually speaking of God, but overall I found this book to be a great resource for unde...more

I learned a lot from this book about how to genuinely love and serve people and how to encourage everyone you meet in life and point them to knowing Christ - to a life-changing relationship with God who loves us truest and best :)

The book's title could easily bring up images of a high-powered preacher, or a "soul-winner" pressing you to pray a prayer and ask Jesus to come "into your heart." The subtitle gives you the clue as to what's inside.

Personally, I tend to resist any super-friendly sales approach, because I know that apart from my representing a potential commission, my personal life or needs mean absolutely nothing to the marketer. In the same way, people not in the religious or Christian "club" tend to resist va...more
