Really good and comprehensive manual on Milan's model of systemic therapy. The chapter about the first session with a family will be really helpful for new therapists.
A good introduction to Minuchin's theory and practice of family therapy. If you're into family therapy, you'll have to come across this sooner or later, and if you don't, then you should have.
