I bought this book from my favorite boutique -- Wild Women Traders in Moscow, Idaho--and every time I even think about it I get hungry all over again.

The recipes are superb but simple with clear directions and simple ingredients lists. And best of all, not a single recipe here calls for cream of mushroom soup!! I saw this at a book sale and couldn't resist! Recipes are clearly written and look absolutely delicious! Index in back is very helpful. THis is one cookbook that will see a lot of use
