My companion turned to me one day, and said, not unkindly, "You are the most paranoid person I've ever met who's not on drugs." Hmmm. Definitely time to work on some of my flaws! This book is slight but affectionate, and while it probably won't address more serious struggles with anxiety and panic, it is definitely a GREAT starting place.
