A really sweet tale about best friends who face their feelings for each other when they're stuck in an apartment together during a bad storm. Lovely chemistry and cute flashbacks.

While I found An Angel for Christmas to be utterly delightful, Forces of Nature feels very meh to me. The story is decent and gives a happy ending to some friends secretly in love with each other but I sadly got bored with the couple right before they had sex and even good gay loving couldn’t re-engage my interest. The writing is decent, though I think Grace has gotten better, and this is likely to appeal to those who love the friends turned lovers theme.

The story starts with best friends for e...more

This is one of the most beautiful and sweet short stories I ever read. I totally fell in love with best friends Evan and Drew who have denied their feeling for each other for eight years, believing an amazing friendship is all they will ever share. Getting caught in a thunderstorm together leads to shedding soaked clothes and baring not only their bodies but also their souls to each other in the process. It is amazing how Lily Grace draws you into the world of Evan and Drew with the first few wo...more

This is a sweet friends-to-lovers story about two guys who met in first year university and soon became fast friends. 8 years later they are still best friend but getting caught in a storm brings about a confrontation over their feelings for each other. Also opposites attract with the slight artsy wanna-be actor combined with the nerdy physics Ph.D. student. Still a cute way to pass a few minutes.

It's a short story about two best friends whom each harbors a feeling to the other without ever saying anything for fear it will ruin their friendship. It's a 'classic' theme that can easily become cliché but when done right, it's good. Well, this is one of the good ones. I can feel the chemistry between the two guys as their opposite characters attract. When they get together in the end, it is sweet and it makes me smile.

Cute short m/m romance about a physicist who's had a huge crush on his actor best friend since college, but has always been afraid to do anything about it until they get caught in a thunderstorm together.

Wonderful, engaging short story about how 2 best friends find their HEA. The physicist & the actor---2 very different men but able to see who the other truly was! Brava :-)

This is a great story about two best friends discovering that they're more to each other. While the plot isn't new, the characters and how they interact made it come alive for me very nicely.
