I love the workouts, and have been using their format to create my own for years. I don't use the diet now but have in the past. Its effective for shedding weight but I could never maintain energy levels on it. I found using The Warrior Diet with the workout program in TNT is a great combination.
I really like that the book has a nutrition plan (some recipes included) and a workout plan with it. The sad part is that I have yet to implement the program. As it wants you to start the workouts on Monday or Tuesday, I will have to wait until after the weekend to get it going. I'll come back with details of its effectiveness.
