I bought this book as background reading for a writing consultation job. Unfortunately, its preview was much better than what it actually delivered. The writer starts well, defining some key terms and providing a broad overview. However, his text is sporadic, jumping from one topic to the next under chapter headings without any clear or logical path, and when he introduces more key terms, he forgets to define them in the excellent way he started, and due to the lack of a glossary, the reader is ...more
