We have all had the experience of awaken from a dream and being intrigued, wondering if the dream meant something specific. I have always been fascinated by the symbolic language of our dreams. I believe that dreams are the place where we work through our problems, where we practice needed skills, and where we try out new concepts.

If ever one desires to seek the hidden meaning of dreams, it would help best if one would jot their dreams down the moment one wakes up in order to preserve the little elements that one might forgot in a span of a few minutes. This is a great book that can help you interpret any dream. It explains dream symbols that really do reflect where you are on your life journey at that time. It's not a book that you sit down and read, but it's a great reference to keep on your nightstand. I consult this book after every dream I have, and it ALWAYS provides insight!
