Though McNab and Miller used a lot of the same Museum collections for their books, I find myself going back to the McNab more often than the Miller. The fact that McNab organized his guns chronologically instead of by country is really very handy. I bought both for a 19th century research project and the Miller book will have all UK guns clumped together flintlocka and automatics all crammed into one category.
