Overall, I believe the editors picked the best stories that appeared on Every Day Fiction during the second year. My flash fiction piece, "Steaks", was the most-read story in January 2010, and it led to an interview posted on their website.

There are a couple of stories that I didn't particularly care for, but they were in genres I don't normally read. I did find myself branching out and enjoying some stories I wouldn't have considered reading in the past. I've also found a couple of authors that
