I really recommend this book to learn about personality/temperament types. I had trouble reading it since I have read about 4 of these type books already so I was slightly bored. Do not be put off by the title. You will understand once you read it. It is helpful to know this information when dealing with people at home, work or play. there are 4 temperaments. this book calls them by different names than I learned them by, but the names actually in this book are easier to use I believe.
