This is an amazing cookbook for anyone who wants to learn how to cook Indian food but has no idea where to begin. The author breaks down everything at the beginning, from alphabetically arranged spices with pictures to how to grind and roast them. She also gives shortcuts on Indian cooking, since the original method can sometimes be very time-consuming. A wonderful cookbook for anyone with a passion for cooking or for Indian food :)
