A very simple, but thorough treatment on the subject of sin and making "lasting change" in your life.

If you're looking for a book for a Bible study setting or small group, I definitely recommend it. It spends the first few chapters just dealing with theology and laying a foundation for the topics of sin, regeneration, justification, new birth, etc. and then dives in to some specifics in the last few chapters on the "tools" we have to fight sin daily.
