With its simple suggestions and exercises Gina Lake's book, Radical Happiness, enables the reader to easily drop into the experience of an awakened life, perhaps never to return to the egoic state of consciousness. So far the book is very encouraging, makes sense, and is extremely comprehensable.
If ever there was a time for humanity to evolve in Consciousness it is this present moment. This book offers clear and concise guidance for living in the Now rather than being stuck in egoic thought. A very inspiring book! One that should be on everyone's reading list.
