Wow that was amazing! Amnesia, pregnancy, miscarriage, gangsters, love lost and found and unforgettable characters. Super emotional read! DP writes deeply touching love stories!

This was such a beautiful book. I tend to stray away from DP's books that are centred around suspense, crime and that whole enchilada, because they tend to bore me. When I read romance, I primarily want romance and this book was 85% romance 15% suspense, crime mob-ish centred.

Marcus, our hero, is a bit of an odd sort. For one, he quilts and sews as a hobby and has won many competitions because of his tale

The heart that truly loves never forgets...

That was the words that came to my mind after reading Carrera's Bride. Yes, absolutely. The mind may forget, but the heart will always remember.

I liked Delia's character. She's strong and passionate. She's also stubborn when it comes to people who matters to her. She's willing to fight and do everything to save the man she loves.

Marcus Carrera is one of my favorite Diana Palmer's hero. Beyond his notorious stature lies a great man. His character is a bi

Doce Desejo
Diana Palmer

A 3.5 stars. I absolutely loved the beginning, the pure emotion and the intense passion. I loved the characters and I loved the story. <3 <3 It was only in the middle and the end that I didn't like, especially the amnesia theme.

One of my favorite. It's been a while since I read Diana Palmer's book with familiar names in it. Cy Parks, Eb Scott.. Miss them!

I don't really like the way Marcus lost his memories, it's kind of ridiculous. But then again, I liked it. Nailed it, Diana Palmer!

Loved most of it but really lost a lot of respect for me for a character standpoint when he kills their baby and has very little compassion for her in the hospital!! Come on like he would not know that she risked her life and her baby for the man she loves?! Seriously, please and he is a smart man?! Not! I also hate how she cuts all her hair. It's her only attribute that the hero loves, her hair. Why must it always go when the heroine is sad. I know it's designed to show her morning the lost of ...more

So, we have Marcus, a thug turned millionaire that owns thousands of casinos, and quilts.. yes ladies he quilts and teaches I assume women how to quilt. He even has a photo album of all his master pieces? Am I getting confused here? What straight man quilts as relaxation? And wins competitions for them?! What happened to putting your feet up and having a cold one?!

Another thing Marcus kept going on and on about how to slender and skinny she is, but she is a size 10. This was set in the US not th

Harlequin'in sevdiğim yazarlarından biri Diana Palmer...

This was my first DP book and what got me hooked. A hero who quilts may be silly, but the whole storyline was fast paced. There was heartache that brought me to tears and when the HEA happened I honestly cried again. I have 3 paperback copies and an ebook copy if this book;)

Really enjoyed this book. The fact that Diana Palmer has stuck with the innocent women, and strong men story line is what keeps me coming back. Deep down we all want that one strong man who needs a good woman to love him.

My fav Diana Palmer books are the one's with a feisty heroine. This book has one. The plot is silly but not so far fetched that I'd pitch the book far (ha ha ha). The book is well worth reading because it is romance at its greatest!
