EDIT: Shay actually grew up in "Wolfsbane" and I like him a more than I did before... I still prefer Ren, though.

Thoughts before reading:

What I ~~want~~ demand to see in this book:

1. More Ren. We got a book dedicated to Shay, now I want one solely for Ren!!
2. No Shay. He's not even worthy of the screen-time he got in Wolfsbane, and it would be terribly inconsiderate of Cremer if she makes us tolerate him for one more entire book.
3. Calla growing up for once and making decisions for herself that don't immediately put everyone close to her in mortal danger.

Review:

Beautiful. Thats the word that came to mind when I finished the ending. I loved Sabine and Ethan and the way it was told, and that the pack returned to their wolf roots. It made my heart ache.

The rest of the book was on and off for me. The war was heart-pounding, and I loved the excursion into the jungle and the encounter with the jaguars (by the way, those poor guardians are now stuck as animals without even knowing what More...

If there is one thing that irritates me about this books blurb it's this sentence:

"There’s saving Ren, even if it incurs Shay’s wrath."

What?! Are we still on this tip Cremer? WTF? Shay's wrath? This is the issue I have with this series. I really wanted to love this book. It hurts me that I couldn't love this book. I tried very hard, I really did. I honestly really tried to love this book. Why i think Calla and Ren should be together!

In the first book, at the end when Calla and Shay were about to leave and Ren found out he didnt stop them he actually let her go even tho he knew she was going off with Shay. He did it for her knowing that he was going to be in trouble. i think thats true love. .

What?? Really?? I stayed up all night to read this book, and now I am mad I missed my sleep. What a waste! I hate when I am in love with a series just to have it end all wrong. My girl ended up with the WRONG person. The ending was horrible! This book would have been a 5 star for me but it went all wrong. never would I have guessed that ending! I feel disappointed, let down, and I can't lie...angry! I'm sad to say but I can't recommend this book.

When I first read about what happened, I was so angry I even removed the book from my to-read list. I have the ebook on my computer right now, but I'm tempted to delete it, and I haven't even started reading it yet. I'm not even sure I want to read it now. If only I had the print version in my hand, so I could throw it--and Calla's stupid face--properly at the wall, the old-fashioned way.

I cannot believe what happened, and I LOVED this series, I gave both book 1 and 2 5 stars!
What I read, was shocking. All i can say is i wish i never read the series and am devasted, as will most fans be. I will always LOVE REN.
I cannot believe I waited this long for an ending of what was one of my favouraite series. I cried. I actually cried because I cannot believe she ruined it on the last book.

Alright, I literally just opened a goodreads account so I could write this review for Bloodrose.
Why you ask? Because this book completely BLEW ME and I needed to rant and rave...Wait...cut that, this is only a RANT!

First off, be warned...this contains spoilers as I see no other way to put across my thoughts and feeling without referring to the book. After all, this is a rant, an outlet to get out my jacked up feelings.

I had the Book days ago and as what others have been commenting about it I was afraid on what to expect but now as I finished the book One does NOT simply do that to your favorite character! U MAD BRO? >.<

I do hope Calla would end up with Ren. It would really suck big time if she ends up with Shay. no offense meant but yea I like Ren moreee.

Some thoughts about the book, spoilers might be present.

1. Calla going back and forth was a major drag.

2. This is book 3, I could handle her not knowing who to choose in book 1 but still going on in book 3 i MEAN CMON..

3. Them getting turned back to wolfs was pretty good, shay getting turned was pretty nonsense though imo, having him stay human so calla could swim in self loathing would have made me give this book More...

You failed Andrea. Epically. What total bullshit ending was that. At 84% when It happened I stopped caring like I knew I would. I didn't want to know anymore and kept reading for these characters: Ansel, Bryn, Mason, Nev, Connor, Adne, Ethan and Stephen. No-one else.

Had a hard time deciding what to rate this but in the end, I'm giving this 3 stars because there were parts I really liked: Ethan and Sabine, Connor and Adne, Ansel and Bryn. I loved the action and adventure.
