Recommends it for:
beginner smoothie makers, those who like pictures instead of substance
This book is a pretty picture book and would probably be good for anyone who is new to making smoothies. Very easy and simple recipes.
A lot of the recipes have very few ingredients so this is a fast read. Lots of cool pics that had me wishing it was summer so I could run out for a watermelon tomorrow. :)
There's a chapter with alcoholic ingredients for those of you who like to taste the hootch. There's also a nutritional analysis in the back.
