Thankfully for those of us watching our waistline, calorie and nutrition information is included with each recipe. Helpful preparation tips are listed next to the relevant recipe. While I can appreciate recipes like this they are a little high maintenance for me, filled with things that I wouldn't eat. This one just wasn't for me.
