The best part of this book was the pictures. They were in full color and big and I now know what dozens of garden insects and their larvae look like. It has been kind of fun to sit in the garden with this book and identify all the little critters. It is a little overwhelming to know just how many diseases and insects can pester a garden, and after reading the book, I feel overwhelmed that they will all strike at once. (I did find my first cucumber beetle yesterday.) But I hope that the advice is ...more
