A cookbook I've had for a long time, and one of my favorites. There's an index of both what you can make ahead and what travels well to a potluck. It's amazing!

Although I'm not a vegan, but a vegetarian, I enjoy recipes from Robin Robertson. They are creative and consistently tasty. The recipe for homemade seitan looks so simple I will probably give it a try. Recipes are presented in complete menus for just about every holiday that crops up, & options for alternative items are given as well, making for quite a bit of versatility. A good addition to my cookbook collection.

Not being a vegan, but having many vegan friends, I've always felt inadequate to feed them. I would like to have this book because I appreciate the full vegan menus presented within. The menus seem yummy but I would have liked to have pictures of the food.

Great vegan party planning book. There are 25 different party plans with suggested menus & decorations. I'm not vegan but would definitely use some of these recipes & ideas.

Not as good as other entertaining vegan books, but this is still good and set up into really clever events (tapas, potluck, picnic, etc.). Not many are GF or soy-free, but there are still options.
