For all my LDS friends, these 'Gardella Vampire Chronicles' books tend to have some "romance" in them. While it's easy enough to skip over those parts, if scenes like that in any way make you uncomfortable, I recommend you skip these books (although they're really good!) I first read about these books on the book blogs of some other LDS people, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Like I said, though, skip them if you're uncomfortable with love scenes.

This is the continuation of Victoria Gardella, the butt kicking Venator (vampire hunter). This story seems to drag a bit, but, it definitely keeps you enthralled. And a few surprises spring up along the way between some relationships with the characters. Remember, this is an adult romance book, so, kiddies stay away.

This was a good book but falls prey to the common problem of mid-series books...too many unanswered questions setting up later books in the series. It was kind of cool to have the story set in Italy as a contrast to London in the first book. I will read the next one.

Buffy meets Regency romance, book two. Still good beach book fun; kicks butt, takes names, and decapitates more than your average adventure romance. I think. I don't read many.

Crack. Crackity-crack-crack.
I <3 Sebastian but can't wait until Max gets his head out of his butt.
