Delightful format. Personal letters from a Railroader's wife home during the final two years building the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway. He an accountant and she a new wife. How she copes and the characters she meets. With factual historic detail, articles and photographs interspersed by the writer to provide technical and practical information regarding the work crews, bosses and financial realities pertinent to 1912-14!
