Diwata is a gorgeous book of poems filled with luxuriously dark creation stories of all kinds! I enjoyed it from beginning to end.

I'm recommending it to my good friend over at the Rooster Moans Poetry Coop for her fairy tale class :

This is actually a reread but it's just as awesome as it was the first time.
