I liked this. Christiana and Edward grew up together and have been friends the whole time, and her grandfather has insisted the entire time they were True Mates. But when Christiana at 14 tried to arrange her future with Edward (17), he turned her down. Now ten years later, he's got a plan to get the taste of her she's been denying him ever since.

For holding a grudge for that long, I'm not sure she made him pay enough. I also don't think she ever particularly admitted she'd handled it badly at 1

This was my favorite of the series. Life long best friends falling in love. The ending with Gramps was sad and sweet.
