My family history means I have a high-risk of breast cancer, so I took note of this book when it showed up in my library's new section. I generally avoid diet books, but this manages to be somewhat less gimmicky than most diet books. Its basic recommendations will not be new to anyone who keeps up with nutrition information. A lot of good information for someone looking to improve their eating lifestyle, especially as a breast cancer survivor.
Read the intro, skimmed the recipes. Kind of wish I had a hard copy for the recipes, but I think I at least picked up some tips.
