Erica
A collection of programs that a youth services librarian has conducted at her library. Lots of ideas, although I think most are more appropriate for young teens than older teens, who might find many of the activities lame.

She is incredibly thorough, and explains exactly how each activity was organized as well as providing resource information.

I certainly got a couple of good ideas from this book -- now if I can just convince my teens!
Talia
Lots of good ideas for teen programming; not all the ideas jumped out at me as "workable", but that's the beauty of 101+ ideas, there's something for every type of teen group. However, some of the prices given for supplies were puzzling ($30 for a karaoke machine rental???). I did like how the book was organized and the explanations how the programs worked.
Brian
This gave me some programming ideas for the library.
