Must-read book for Indonesian people, simply for the insight it gives on Sukarno's thoughts. The mastermind of Indonesia's independence, Sukarno was not only an incredible public speaker but also a lover of women. This book, told in a characteristic, Sukarno-esque boastful manner, portrayed the man's charms and influence in front of women and his people. indonesian must read this book. it's not only his story but also behind the scene, though lil bit, of our freedom revolution.it makes you more understand what is in sukarno's mind.bung karno shares his life with a simple phrase, easy to read and sometimes funny. it contains more than words, it's all about his weakness, his statement, his courage, his struggle for this beloved country, and some answers for questions that world's asked.
A fragment of the life story of the founders of the Indonesia. Sacrificing his youth pleasure just for prepare for the revival of his nation under difficult colonial situation at the time. His life is full with complicated love story too. He was the one of the most charming Indonesian leader ever. He do anything for his country and the world. But one mistake make anyone consider him as a tyrant or the other dictator. His intention and dream all now is forgotten by Indonesian nation itself.
