Molly
Gilbert goes to the beach forgets his swimsuit. Buys one his mom thinks is too big. You can fill in the rest. Not bad for a reader. Nice big print short paragraphs per pages. This is leveled 2 in the I can Read series. Grades 1+

Recommends it for: parents reading with their children
This book is about a fun family day at the beach and the perfect book to read on a hot summer day. Our girls love the ocean and we try to take them as often as possible. And reading about it is almost as fun.
Kristelle
A very cute story with a bit of humor for the kids in regards to a too big bathing suit.
Gilbert
Chosen simply because the title character is named Gilbert! Too bad he isn't a cuter possum!
