Recommends it for: anyone with a taste for a good mystery.. :)
The first thing my brain registered while reading this book was "OMG ! its spooky.." :)

Jack Winchester is on his way to Whitehorse and his estranged grandmother's farm when he notices a girl standing beside the road on a lonely stretch with her thumb out.
Her clothes are muddy and she looks like she has been dragged in the mud.

'Her clothes were dusty and the cuffs of her jeans wet and muddy.'

As he gives her a ride into town he cant help but notice that something is just not right about her. She

Never disappointed when I pick up a book by B.J Daniels. The suspense plot line was very well developed. The secrets woven in Jack and Josie's past were well done. The characters well developed and the sexual tension steamy. I love a good cowboy story, and one laced with intrigue is a plus. Quick read but well worth it.
Too "cloudy" for my taste. The hero had an ulterior motive and kept secrets, the heroine had an ulterior motive and kept secrets, the hero’s grandma had an ulterior motive and kept secrets…All these ulterior motives and secrets succeeded only in giving me a slight headache.
The usual good Harlequin Intrigue selection. This is a continuation of the "Winchester Ranch, Whitehorse, Montana" series. Good characters in a very improbable situation. One complaint, no condoms. I find that unacceptable in this modern age.

This book was good. I liked reading it and, as usual lately, read it in one sitting. It kept me interested to the end and it was good.

Hitched was one star different from most Intrigue books.
It had a very stubborn male lead- Jack.
