There is not much here. This is the outline of a ConLaw class that is apparently tied together by asserting that a lot of liberal results are derived from "constitutional fidelity." "Fidelity," as used here, is an awfully gauzy term. It seems to mean that the meaning of the Constitution changes from each generation depending roughly on liberal consensus?

The thesis has little explanatory power and is not really able to tie together the disparate chapters.
