I've read nearly 10 'how to eat right' books this year. This one stands out because of the quick reference lists, snack ideas, and other easy to incorporate into your daily routine fat-burning ideas. Great book for my extended cookbook/how to eat better bookcase.

This book has plenty of recipes for what your food intake should look like at about 1200 calories a day. There is nutritionist involved and they balance carbs, fats, and proteins. The idea to allow for snacks not to let yourself get too hungry was also good.

I like his take on learning to eat healthy by balancing what you eat, not cutting anything completely. Also I love the fact that it includes full meal plans and weekly shopping lists. I'll have to let you know if I really do lose weight, and if I can stick to it. So far, looks doable.
