In this book, it is Christmas and Sammy has another mystery to solve. I really enjoyed this book because of the point of view the author wrote it in. It felt like I was a detective trying to solve out who did the pranks in the books. I also like how the author gave out nicknames to his friends. This book created a movie in my head which was good because i know what is going on more clearly.

This book like the rest of it in the series was amazing. It started around Christmastime. Santa Martina was having its annual Chritmas parade. But then some people thimkit would be funny to throw cats at a dosg float. That throws the whole parade into chaos. In the process, a prized Pomeranian is stolen. Sammy is being blackmaild into finding or else she's out on the streets. While looking for the lost dog, she also finds a lost elf! How much weirder can it get?

Sammy Keyes and the Runaway Elf was one of the best books I have ever read. It's about Sammy losing a dog in the Christmas Parade and the 'croc lady', Mrs. Lanvogt who threatens to throw Sammy out on the street if she doesn't find her 'baby' dog. It's an awesome story, and you won't believe the ending! Read it now!

I learned that a girl named sammy finds an elf and then the elf runs away,so sammy goes and find the runing elf so that she can get him back to santa so that all the kids can get all their gifts. I like this book because its all about mysteries which are my favorite books of all other books i have read.

Not my favorite, but still fun. The Heather/Sammy conflict wasn't as interesting in this book, and there were some loose ends that weren't tied up. However, Sammy is still a likeable character and the mystery was still good.

My husband got this book for Christmas, but I still listened to the audiobook because I think the reader is so fantastic. Another fun read, but way more predictable than some of her others, but I think this was only her third one, so it's understandable that the later ones ar better.
