Wanda DeGolier makes paranormal seem normal. It's amazing how much I want to have David's power. And how much I understand his angst in trying to deal with it. The conflict between David and Stephanie is strong coming out of the gate and I applaud how well Ms. DeGolier gets them through their trials. She has also created some memorable secondary characters and weaves their stories with skill through the book. I was very impressed with this story and hope Ms. DeGolier writes more in this genre.
