Oh delicious. Not vegan by any stretch ;) It does have a vegetarian section. I love these cookbooks. I have a BUNCH that I have to try.

Must be a keeper, I just took this book to Staples to have it wire-bound. This is always a sure sign that the book will get a lot of use by me! I don't know if I can ever mark this book as "read." It seems that I am checking recipes in it every day. I do love those folks at America's Test Kitchen. Their recipes ALWAYS work.

Pretty much every recipe in this book takes less than forty-five minutes to make, and is crazy-delicious.
