Program that was used to help get the actors in the 300 ripped and cut and to stay looking as history and stories have envisioned the Spartans to look.
This is a comprehensive program including the basics such as calisthenics to the outside the box thinking as tire flips and using a sledge hammer.
There is also a Nutrition and Diet program to go along with the work out program.
All exercise's are well defined and include diagrams to insure proper execution, there is also a chapter defining stretche...more
