Rainy Nights by Justin Camp.

Campfire stories absolutely, but not the sort to send children to sleep, please. Much darker than at first would be apparent and sometimes involving a shock factor, this short snappy little collection keeps its effective dialogue short and real to good effect. Rainy Nights is a book that all teens are going to want to have at summer camp this year! Strangers in the woods, rain that makes you vanish and never again seen, and girls found murdered by their own campfire. Ages twelve to sixteen are in for a sleepless night when they start reading these short stories; they'll be wishing they were young enough for mom and dad again. Make sure to bring extra batteries for your flashlight, you're not going to want to turn it off!

Rainy Nights by Justin Camp is a fun read for an evening of quick stories by the fire. Constructed with passion Justin gives the reader five short stories that leave the reader wanting more. I especially liked the story Backwoods, and found myself wishing that it was a full length novel. I see good things in the future for this new writer, and I am looking forward to read more of his work.
