Easy to read common sense book. Reads like a fiction but grounded in research. Good motivational book on getting healthy and balancing work / stress etc.
A very simple book with 3 secrets of management. The simplicity and worth of the secrets makes it a must read for anybody who is interested in management.

*Common sense portrayed in fake stories featuring Holmes&Watson-esque dialogue.
