Not all that deep, but if you're in a slump, it will certainly help. Probably the best part is the progression of the book. It nails most people's productivity objections in a very logical manner that's universally relatable.

In case you were curious, the "follow through factor" is basically a much vaguer version of Getting Things Done. If you are considering starting a small business, this might be useful. If you are just looking to spur better working habits generally, pass.

A fairly simplistic self-help book that doesn't really dig deeper and get to the heart of the matter. The tips are somewhat vague, lacking in detail, and I felt the anecdotes were sometimes only tangentially related to the point she was trying to make. Maybe just go read Getting Things Done or The Now Habit.

It helped me a lot. The author provides solutions to common problems people have with finishing projects, and gives great heuristics for problem solving in many aspects of life. Worth a read.
