Salem Lassiter is different in a way that has yet to dawn on the beautiful Sara Sterling. Her next door neighbor has more to his persona than meets the eye when she first meets him. For Salem Sara turns out to be more than a beautiful face. She is a woman of substance and conviction. Sara turns out to be well worth any sacrifice that Salem will need to make to make sure there love will survive the "Death that is following" her around.
