need to make sure you get the latest version for up to date information but this was excellent help!
This was like the Bible of international adoption for me. It helped me organize what I needed to do before the agency asked me and helped me understand the processes involved. Without this book I would have been in the dark on the whole process. We adopted from China in 2006.
