Alex Valente is the eldest son of Cesare Valente, founder of the House of Valente. The sexcapades of the three Valente brothers is well documented. As the eldest brother he is the first target of his father. Cesare Valente is the founder of House of Valente and he wants to make sure that his sons have heirs. His father tries to manipulate him into getting married. Get married and produce an heir or he will sell the family

This was a good start for the series..Beautiful love story. I love that Alex loved Olivia unconditionally despite her imperfections and vice versa. Still became a perfect family at the end
D1883 Jul2008 Australian, Alex Valente's father's ultimatum that he marry and have a baby in the next 12 months. If this doesn't happen Alex and his two brother will not inherit the Valente business because it will be sold! Olivia Cannington, struggling designer, fits his requirements. Alex doesn't mention the baby requirement so the issue of her infertility come up until after they are married.
