There are essentially two different parts of this book - writing that deconstructs the myths of trafficking and "white slavery" in historical contexts and analysis of contemporary international agreements that impact the shape of trafficking policy. I felt like I had read a good amount of stuff on the former (history of the Mann Act, debunking the idea of 19th century girls kidnapped en masse for sexual slavery), but am always wanting to learn more about the latter.
