I found this book very interesting. I bought it to learn about tea, not to get on a diet. Learned a lot about the benefits of drinking tea and also about the effects of caffeine on ones body. I have not yet read all the recipes or used any, but I will definitely be trying some. Worth a look through in my opinion if you're wanting to learn to be healthier.
