This was a fun read. It won't teach you the language, but if you already have some Latin, it will teach you classical idiom and modern neologisms (e.g., "first-class ticket," "train station"). As for neologisms, the general dictionary in the back is probably the most helpful one out there until someone gets around to making a Latin-English version of the Lexicon Recentis Latinitatis.
