When I was reading about this I was pretty excited about the idea. I did know that Yoga and related exercises were Religion based and of mystical spirituality and not Christianity, so the idea of a Christian alternative was very intriguing.

I still think that the idea of a Christian alternative to Yoga is a great idea. However, I do not like the name Power PraiseMoves (not that that matters) and I really had trouble "relaxing" at all during this DVD. I was not able to really reflect or meditate

Power Praise Moves is exactly as stated. Power. Praise. This DVD consists of two 25-minute workouts which can be combined into a 50-minute session. There is a bonus booklet which contains many of the postures and it is listed in alphabetical order along with a photograph. This is most useful and helpful.

I applaud Willis on promoting the scriptures and encouraging prayer time with each yoga exercise. PowerMoves is a wonderful alternative for Christians that want to include yoga as a regular part
