This volume failed to surprise me or anything. the first chapter completed the seventh volume, it was cool and all, then the other story started.
Clare went to look for Raki until she found out that there's somethign wrong in this town, because there were other 4 claymores trying to fight an awakened, so she goes to this old castle and meet a huge awakened..... errrm that's it I guess and other BLAH BLAHS I didn't get that much. I hope the next volume will be a bit better.

This series caught me by surpirse -- it's been out for a while and I've been catching up! Female warriors called Claymores, who have half human and half monster blood, travel throughout the land killing the monsters whose blood they possess. Lots of swordplay and action in this series.
