One dare I need to do is "Dare yourself to have outrageous amounts of fun once in a while! Maybe you've been working crazy hours & need an energizing break. Go to a restaurant you've been fantasizing about but can't normally afford, plan a weekend getaway to a cozy b&b,...more
There is no groundbreaking information in this book. But most of us aren't looking for that in a self-help book. Natasha gives readers some great ideas such as "Bite off more than you can swallow but learn how to spit." I enjoyed reading this book and recommend it to anyone who feels like they are living in a rut or a little bored with life.
This title might be better described as a beginner's guide to daring.
I do know that there are far too many people who live filled with insecurity and fear who want something more but don't believe that they can do it. Unfortuantely, this title fails to address how to hurdle from "I can't" to "Well, maybe I can" and instead offers a lukewarm list of "dares" that will seem incomprehensible and unsurmountable to anyone with the "I think I can" attitude.
