I am learning a lot.
I wanted to read this after seeing my mom afflicted with dementia, It's partly genetic, WHAT I FOUND was that the disease starts up to 20 YEARS BEFORE symptoms begin; and it is possible to slow it down to postpone the symptoms for the duration of your lifetime. MUST READ. This is the book that led me to the Anti-Inflammatory Diet book.
